Q: is your store currently active for sales?
- Yes it is, the store is active 24/7 and never shuts down, customers can place orders at any time.
Q: Do ship internationally?
- Yes I do, I ship to almost every country except Korea, Russia and the United States. These three seem to have issues at this current time.
Q: Is the store owner currently available to respond to inquiries?
- Yes I am, the best way to contact me is via the contact or better yet, directly into my inbox @ themangamenagerie@gmail.com.
Q: Are you handling fulfilment in-house or using a supplier?
- I handle all the orders and stock in-house, however, the books are printed in the US via the english publishers so I have a supplier I can order from when my own stock runs low
Q: Do you offer discounts on your product?
- I currently don't have any discounts or sales running on the products themselves at this time, however, I do have a 10% off discount for first time orders for all new customers which is automatically applied at checkout (can also be removed).
Q: Do you offer something special for first-time customers?
- Not at this time apart from the discount mentioned above, however, I am planning to include two things with either all orders or first orders, not sure yet
Q: Do you offer any loyalty programs or member benefits for frequent shoppers?
- Not at this time, but I'm hoping to at least add a credit system so you earn a little bit back with each order, it will be stored on your account and can be spent on any product on the site.
